At IFM we take a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to SPAMMERS. We host significant email accounts on over many domains, most with web sites. We take spamming very seriously and remove those who are spammers, immediately, once it has been verified that they are intentionally abusing our systems or the Internet. The primary forms of abuse in question are unsolicited commercial email or Usenet spam, either using their domain or directing users in any way to their domain and assisting spammers with tools, email lists, etc.
